Ceramic Mug Care Instructions

Avoid extreme heat: Our mugs are heat resistant but prolonged exposure to extreme heat can cause the image on your mug to fade.

Hand wash only: Did you know dishwashers can reach temperatures of 155°F or higher? We consider this extreme heat so we advise against putting your sublimated mugs in the dishwasher.

Do not scrub or scour the outside of your mug: Your mug is made of ceramic with a special polymer coating on the outside that is able to fuse with the special sublimation ink. If you scour or scrub the outside of your mug you will risk scratching the coating that is holding your image.

Avoid dropping: Please exercise caution when handling your mugs. For the same reason explained above about scrubbing, you do not want to scratch the outside of your mug... plus they are ceramic!
